time for some updates!

had a first try at golf a few wks ago at CDANS with Tam, Mag and Byran. was at the 3rd level and the furthest i hit was only 50+m, hahah. golf is quite ok, dun really dislike or like it. still prefer killing ppl on the court =D. after golf, me and tam went to Holland V roof top terrace cafe 211 to meet winnie, nana and ying for dinner. Food was not bad, n the outdoor ambience is quite good too =)

met up with kx and kw recently at JP too. Long time since i last met them, was great catching up with them. had high tea at new town coffee, followed by some shopping. they managed to get their shoes, but i din get anything except food, HA. i welcome junk food anytime in the office =D. After tt, had korean cuisine for dinner. had seafood pancake, steamboat and ginseng chicken. din really like the seafood pancake, but both the steamboat and ginseng chicken were good! reminds me of the time when i went Korea. the ginseng chicken was really damn good. we even had noodles to go with it, n the noodles were really smooth and silky, like mee sua. rem we had lots and lots of steamboat at korea too, ha. n the stone pot rice was nice too. *pulls myself back from korea* after dinner, tg joined us and we went to bakerinz for dessert and more chat. well, 3 women = 1 mkt. the new york cheesecake was good!! usually will have some reservations towards ordering cheesecake cos i m worried that the cheese will be too over, and i will feel sick of it after a few mouthfuls. but this strawberry cheesecake wun make me feel sick at all =D. their cakes taste alot better den the main course. oh, the cheesecake reminds me of last time when mei make cheesecake for us. i rem she/we (i rem i went to her hse b4 to make cheesecake) made a cheesecake for someone's bdae, haha. n was it at sakae sushi? my memory is gd! hahahah.

met up with the JC gals last sat too. quite surprised that all, except KOK, can make it despite such a last min arrangement. shopped with winnie and ying in the aftnn b4 the rest joined us. winnie drove me from redhill to vivo (though its only a few mrt stops away), and i have to say this - she was driving up the multistorey carpark and there was a car in front of her which was quite slow. so i asked her to drive abit slower if not when she catch up with the car in front, she have to brake alot and engine may die. so she slowed down abit, and after reaching the top, the car somehow was v slow, and she had to slow down quite alot. heard a noise after she slowed down, but thot it was nth cos she was still driving like normal. 2 sec later we ended up on the kerb, facing a wall in front. the engine had stalled and the car was able to move cos it was downslope. luckily the slope wasnt steep if not i tink we could have hit the wall? conclusion: dun take car when its only a few mrt stops. or rather, best to avoid taking winnie ong's car. HA. dun tink she will see this. *cross fingers*

had big family dinner ytd to celebrate ah ma's bdae. went back to the hilltop garden restaurant at bukit batok CSC which we went last yr. But this time they booked sort of like a pte room with ktv. food was served at about 8+ and i was alr famished. and the thing abt skipping shark's fin, (which usually came as 2nd dish) - is that after the cold plate and feeding my empty stomach with some food, i have to wait until shark's fin is served and finished b4 the 3rd dish is served. when u r vv hungry, ur patience juz wears thin. maybe next time i can suggest to my ah ma, dun order shark's fin. order sth else like scallops or abalone instead =D. oh, and Jomond can walk alr! haha.

smsed the 2 butas ytd morn to say i wan sing k. 1 scolded me nonsense initially though i duno y she did tt. quite impossible tt she dun wan sing. hahaha. anyw, managed to fix a day for ktv. and juz duno y at times when u wan sth, no matter how hard u try u wun be able to get it, while at times u juz have it repeatedly. so, juz b4 i left office ytd, a col asked if i was free on 12th. say i alr put them aeroplane twice (defend myself: 1st time i alr told them i cant make it. 2nd time was i really only got to noe on wed that ah ma bdae dinner was on fri). and say they gg for dinner and ktv from 10pm-1am. ha ha. andddd, ytd after dinner my aunt asked if wan go ktv tml! Jackpot. HA HA.

well, most prob wun be joining col for k session though, hope i dun get scolded too badly, hah. and tml is not cfm too. shall see how, haha.

slpt at 2+/3 last nite, woke up at 8+ this morn and somehow cant fall aslp alr. but still rested my eyes until 10+ after feeling not so slpy.

gonna be Aminah for today. super hot and humid, zzz.
